The Hoist CF-3753 7 Degree Smith is designed with safety and convenience in mind. Featuring a 7° angle on a linear exercise movement and an EZ-LOC LATCHING MECHANISMTM that automatically locks and unlocks the weight bar, it can handle a maximum weight storage capacity of 1,350 lbs (612 kg) with a maximum exercise weight capacity of 540 lbs (245 kg). Ten weight plate holders provide easy storage and its polyurethane covered weight racks protect the frame and reduce noise. The starting weight of the Olympic Bar is a comfortable 25 lbs (11 kg).
