The MP 2.0 offers two weight stacks and three workout stations, giving you a comprehensive strength-training experience. The leg extension and leg curl feature four starting positions, various range of motion options, an adjustable self-adjusting ankle pad, and a 5-position back pad and leg curl thigh pad. For the upper body, the communicators include chest, incline, and shoulder presses; lat pulldown and seated row; triceps pushdown and extension; and abdominal crunch. The 8-position press arm, adjustable back pad, and 5-position seat accommodate a wide range of users, while the mid-level pulley adds even more workout possibilities.
