The Hoist CF-3165 Super Flat/Incline/Decline Bench is designed with seven back pad positions that adjust from -15° to 80°, enabling users to switch between flat, incline and decline bench exercises. Its gas-shock assisted seat adjusts into five positions to fit different heights. It also features self-aligning roller pads, integrated hand grip and wheels, and a maximum exercise weight capacity of 1,000 lbs.
