The C20 is the world’s first center cable design with 3x3 uprights, 11-gauge steel, 1-inch holes, and upgradable weight stacks. Overbuilt? That’s the point. There’s no skimping here.
Freestyle pulley arms travel up, down, in, and out on upright-mounted trolleys with a smooth 2:1 ratio, driven by dual 200 lb weight stacks (upgradeable to 300 lb). Precision aluminum pulleys power the center cable system and tie into upper and lower pulley locations for true 90° lat pulldowns and low rows.
And then comes the game-changer: the patent-pending Sliding Bench. It locks into the lower pulleys to unleash up to 600 lb of cable-connected resistance for leg press, hack squat, and more. The C20 is engineered into a space-saving footprint that doesn’t just fit your space — it defines it.
