Each sandbag features a durable Cordura® nylon shell, reinforced double-stitched seams, seven non-slip nylon handles, and dual heavy-duty Velcro® closures. Multiple grip positions provide control and versatility across lunges, carries, squats, cleans, and other strength and conditioning exercises.
